Summer style calls for pieces that are equal parts functional and fashion-forward. This season, the TRIBEZA team is reaching for bold swimwear, sculptural accessories, and go-anywhere staples that hold up in the heat. From playful prints to standout textures, these are the items defining our warm-weather wardrobes—on the lake, at the pool, and everywhere in between.

If I’m out and about this summer, chances are I’m wearing a lightweight, colorful dress. I’m especially fond of cotton shirtdresses with playful patterns, like Katie Kime’s Taza Maxi Dress collection. Made from 100% cotton, they’re breathable, flattering, and easy to wear—from work meetings to weekend outings. I especially love the classic silhouette, complete with a wide belt and pockets (always a win). Katie’s dresses feel polished but never too serious, with just the right amount of charm.

Lately, I’ve been practically living in my Flabelus Mary Janes—especially in this summer heat. They’re breathable, comfy, and easy to slip on. What I love about this brand is that it’s sustainable, women-owned, and full of color and personality. They offer a range of styles, from slippers to sandals and heels, each available in vivid colors and playful patterns. For a statement shoe—or just a comfortable slip-on that pairs with nearly everything—I highly recommend checking them out. Austinites can also find them at Saint Bernard or South to North.

My summer style is very low-maintenance. I prefer jewelry that can stay in for weeks at a time and works for both work and play. Studs like these from Calvin’s Fine Jewelry are perfect, and their fantastic jewelers can easily convert them to be more secure with screw-on backs—especially helpful for frequent visits to the pool, river, or lake.

My summer style is all about color, joy, and soaking up the vibes. I’m living in bold prints and bright hues, and my bikini from local brand House Of ZZ is officially my go-to. You’ll catch me in it on repeat during sunny escapes to Barton Springs. Vibrant, playful, and effortlessly cool—just how summer should feel.

My collection of hats grows every year. From baseball caps to trendy raffia sunhats, if one catches my eye in a store, it’s coming home with me. This summer, I’m loving a structured sunhat—partly for fashion, partly to keep the sun off my face and my skin looking untouched. These hats are guaranteed to make an appearance on the lake this summer.

Vada’s Siren sunglasses are hands-down one of my favorite statement pieces. The shape is super unique, and they instantly elevate any outfit. There are so many fun colors and styles to choose from, and while they’re a bit of a splurge, they’re totally worth it as they’ll last for years. Check them out online or stop by their pop-up inside the South Congress Hotel’s Lobby Shop.
