10th Annual TRIBEZA Interiors Tour Showcases the Best of Austin Design
The 2025 Interiors Tour showcased ten stunning homes, highlighting top designers and inspiring spaces

Marking a milestone in Austin’s interior design scene, the 10th Annual TRIBEZA Interiors Tour brought together design enthusiasts, industry professionals and homeowners for a spectacular weekend of inspiration. The tour, held on January 25–26, featured ten remarkable homes, each curated by talented local designers, reflecting Austin’s evolving aesthetic and architectural landscape.
Presented by SWBC Mortgage – The Breed Team and Heritage Title of Austin, this year’s event was the biggest yet, with guests enjoying a self-guided experience through diverse styles and innovative design solutions.
Exclusive VIP experiences
The festivities began with an elegant VIP brunch at 2929 Kassarine Pass, a premier listing by The Agency Austin with furniture staging by Loot Rentals. Guests enjoyed a gourmet spread by Chef Justin Delgado with The Tivity, craft cocktails from Salvation Spirits, and coffee and tea from Luna Espresso. The morning also featured a designer panel moderated by TRIBEZA Editor-in-Chief Heidi Okla. VIPs also received curated swag bags from ATX Promos and explored pop-ups from CITY Boots, Jaguar Land Rover, Armadillo Rugs and The Beauty Way.
The homes and designers that stole the show
Each of the ten featured homes told a unique story through thoughtful interior design, seamlessly blending aesthetics with functionality:
Ashley Ferguson Interiors: Transformed a 1980s split-level home near Lake Austin, honoring its original era while infusing it with warmth and sophistication.
BANDD/DESIGN: Showcased a stunning custom-built home on Gilbert Street, featuring herringbone oak flooring and a chic guest cottage.
Clayton Korte: Reimagined a historic Tarrytown residence, adding contemporary flair to a classic one-story brick home.
Lizzie Pincoffs Interiors: Presented a Tarrytown limestone residence, balancing traditional architecture with bold, modern artistic touches.
Sparrow Interiors: Created an inviting, curated Tarrytown home, blending thoughtful construction with bespoke interior elements.
Lindsey Hanna Design: Designed a Bryker Woods Tudor-style home, integrating a mix of Marfa-inspired aesthetics with eclectic vintage pieces.
Cuppett Kilpatrick Architecture & Interior Design: Featured a three-story custom home with skyline views, connecting its sleek glass façade with nature.
Hatch Works – Ash Street Home: Showcased a new build that mirrors the charm of 1908 Victorian cottages, offering a fresh take on classic craftsmanship.
Hatch Works – Ramshackle Residence: Transformed an 1883 historic home, adding a bold underground expansion featuring a bar, lounge, sunken garden and more.
West Chelsea Contemporary: A gallery-meets-home concept, seamlessly blending striking contemporary art with everyday living spaces.
Interactive design detours
In addition to exploring the featured homes, attendees enjoyed interactive “Design Detours” at local design-forward businesses.
CITY Boots hosted an exciting giveaway for custom boots inspired by the tour’s standout design elements. Blue Print welcomed visitors with exclusive discounts and a carefully curated selection of high-end furniture and décor, perfect for those looking to bring a touch of luxury into their own spaces. At The Renner Project, guests sipped on beer and bubbly while browsing an impressive collection of 20th-century modern and antique pieces. Meanwhile, The Frances Modern Inn offered exclusive guided tours led by designer Kim Lewis and owner Vicki Faust, showcasing the boutique hotel’s unique design vision, complemented by craft cocktails at its restaurant, Poeta.
A grand finale at West Chelsea Contemporary
The wrap party at West Chelsea Contemporary served as the perfect finale for the two-day event. Guests admired the gallery’s latest exhibit, “Salvador Dalí: Masterpieces from the Argillet Collection Archives,” while enjoying bites from La Pera, treats from Abby Jane Bakeshop, cocktails from Salvation Spirits, and wine from Adega Vinho. The evening was a fitting tribute to the incredible talent that made the Interiors Tour a success.
As TRIBEZA celebrated ten years of inspiring Austin’s design community, this milestone event reinforced its reputation as a must-attend experience for anyone passionate about beautiful, thoughtful interiors. With such a remarkable turnout and overwhelming enthusiasm, the TRIBEZA Interiors Tour is sure to continue setting the standard for interior design showcases in the years to come.
