Romeo Manzanilla
Named 2024 Broker of the Year by Austin Board of Realtors (ABoR), Romeo Manzanilla is a leading figure in the Austin real estate market. Not only is he the former President of the ABoR, but he’s currently on the Board of Directors for both the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR), where he actively contributes to various committees. Manzanilla is a U.S. Navy veteran who served during the Iraqi War, and he embodies sacrifice and commitment. Currently, he is a Broker and the Chief Operating Officer for @properties Christie’s International Real Estate. His passion for real estate fuels his volunteer work and his collaborative approach to the industry.
Philanthropy Runs Deep Within the Firm
The firm donated proceeds from its Grand Opening to local nonprofit Helping Hand Home to further its mission. Also, the firm will host a special event on Aug. 1, Bring Your Kids to Work Day with a backpack & gift card drive in which children can personally select their backpacks and school supplies. Christie’s International Real Estate | @properties Lone Star also partners with Central Texas Ruffugees, recently partnering with Bouldin Acres for an adoption and awareness event.

Dara Allen
A leader in luxury real estate in Austin, Dara Allen has been a member of Elite 25 for more than 15 years. She’s an active philanthropist supporting numerous causes, including Dell Children’s Hospital and the Wounded Warrior Project – The Children of Fallen Soldiers. Allen currently serves as a US ambassador for the Global Wellness Institute, and she and her husband are also Benefactors of the Texas Ranger Foundation.

Monica Fabbio
Founder of The Fab Property Group, Monica Fabbio is a member of Elite 25, Luxury League, Christie’s International Real Estate’s Masters Circle, and the Sports & Entertainment Division of @Properties Christie’s. She ranks in the top 0.25 percent of agents. Kacy Dolce
