On June 18, more than 100 guests gathered at 504 Oakland Avenue for the highly anticipated debut of The Belvedere Sales Gallery, an intimate evening celebrating Pearlstone Partners’ newest luxury residential offering. Real estate professionals, potential buyers, members of the press and community leaders enjoyed curated cocktails and hors d’oeuvres by MML Hospitality while exploring the fully realized sales center, complete with model vignettes showcasing The Belvedere’s interiors and finishes.

The evening began with a warm welcome from Bill Knauss, CEO and Principal of Pearlstone Partners, who shared the project’s vision and commitment to elevating Austin living. Guests then joined in a ceremonial ribbon-cutting led by Chris Zaiontz, President and Principal, alongside the full Pearlstone team. A highlight of the night was the unveiling of a full-scale architectural model of the building, paired with renderings that brought the project’s refined architecture and amenities to life.
