Tucked along Austin’s buzzing South First Street, NOMADÉ Cocina offers more than just incredible food — it delivers a bit of an escape. With earthy tones and lush, jungle-inspired design, the space transports you straight to the breezy shores of Tulum, Mexico.

Founded by Austin restaurateur Adam Weisberg, also behind Austin’s Lucky Robot and Zen Japanese, NOMADÉ is a love letter to the Yucatán, inspired by years of travel and culinary exploration with his wife.

100% Gluten-Free Kitchen + Elevated Plant-Based Fare

What sets NOMADÉ apart is its entirely gluten-free and seed oil-free kitchen, making it a haven for diners with dietary sensitivities. The plant-based menu is very impressive, with vibrant, flavorful dishes. Highlights that the TRIBEZA team enjoyed include Qulix Bistec: Roasted red cabbage, salsa verde, tamarind and heirloom tomato; and Chayote Pohchuc: Poblano-stuffed chayote, coconut, carrot and lime.
