Postino Bryker Woods Brings Laid-Back Wine and Dining to Central Austin
The popular cafe brings a new dining experience to West 35th Street with curated wines and a community focus

Postino has expanded its presence in Austin with a new location in the Bryker Woods neighborhood, offering a fresh spot for relaxed dining, standout wines and a unique, design-forward atmosphere. Located on West 35th Street, the new Postino blends funky charm with sophisticated details, making it an ideal hangout for everything from casual lunches to evening wine dates.
Known for its approachable yet elevated wine program, Postino serves an ever-rotating selection of boutique wines. With over 20 varietals available by the glass, plus local craft beers and signature cocktails like the Smoked Old Fashioned and Prickly Pear Mezcal Margarita, the drink menu is just as inviting as the space itself.

Creative bruschetta boards & more
The food menu features Italian staples, such as fresh bruschetta in 12 creative varieties, chef-crafted paninis, salads and shareables. Highlights include the Nine Iron Panini with smoked bacon and stracciatella, the Brussels Sprouts Salad with spicy Marcona almonds and manchego, and the Greek Hummus Board topped with feta, herbs, and pickled onion. “Snacky Things” like sweet potato wedges and butter poached shrimp scampi round out the offerings.
Inside, guests will find an eclectic mix of vintage and modern design elements sourced from local Austin shops like Revival Vintage and Uptown Modern. A playful 3D-printed honeycomb installation invites guests to leave handwritten notes or secrets, while an Ultrafragola vanity mirror creates an Instagram-ready photo moment.

Support for local nonprofit organizations
Beyond the food and wine, Postino Bryker Woods is committed to community. Through a partnership with Friends of the Children Austin, the café is donating $1 from every bruschetta board sold during its first month to support long-term mentorship for local youth. Guests can also participate in bookmark-making and donation events onsite.
With its warm atmosphere, thoughtful design, and commitment to good food, wine and local impact, Postino Bryker Woods is poised to become a neighborhood favorite.
