Rosen’s Bagel Co. To Open Third Location in Windsor Park This Spring
The popular Austin bagel shop is headed east with bagels, coffee and more
The Austin bagel shop plans to open a third location in spring 2026 in the Windsor Park neighborhood, bringing its hand-rolled bagels and coffee program to Windsor Commons at 5900 Westminster Drive. The forthcoming shop joins the company’s existing locations on Burnet Road and downtown near Republic Square.
The Windsor Park shop will serve Rosen’s its boiled-and-baked bagels, house-made schmears and breakfast bagel sandwiches. The company will also continue its partnership with Tiny House Coffee Roasters, offering a full espresso bar starting at 6:30 a.m., with canned beer, wine and sparkling options available later in the day.

Rosen’s headed to Central East Austin
Rosen’s plans to introduce collaborations with local food partners in the Windsor Park location, with details expected to be announced closer to opening.
“Windsor Park represents everything I love about Austin,” said Tom Rosen, chief bagel officer. “It’s a close-knit, family-oriented community with a strong local spirit, and opening a shop here feels like a natural next step. I’m excited to create a welcoming neighborhood space where people can gather over great bagels.”
Rosen’s Bagel Co. is co-owned by Rosen alongside Austin hospitality professionals Joe Ritchie and Joe Carr. For Ritchie, the Windsor Park opening carries personal significance.

New neighborhood mainstay
“This new location is a dream come true for our team, and we’re excited to continue creating spaces that feel welcoming and fun,” said Ritchie, partner at Rosen’s and founder of Next Chapter Hospitality. “I live here in Windsor Park, and my kids go to school just down the street. It means a lot to give back to a neighborhood that’s been such an important part of our life in Austin. Windsor Park is vibrant and growing, and we can’t wait to contribute to that energy.”
The expansion follows Rosen’s recent receipt of a $10,000 grant from the Texas Food & Wine Alliance, awarded in recognition of the company’s commitment to responsible sourcing and sustainability. Rosen’s plans to use the funding to expand fRosen’s, its never-been-baked bagel product that allows customers to bake bagels at home. The product is currently available through Farmhouse Delivery.
