The Texas Book Festival hosted an exciting lineup of authors at the 2018 First Edition Literary Gala on October 26 at the Four Seasons Hotel Austin. Emceed by New York Times Magazine editor-in-chief Jake Silverstein, this elegant prelude to the festival weekend drew literary luminaries and cultural arts patrons together in support of the Texas Book Festival and the statewide literacy programs the nonprofit offers throughout the year.
