44 East Ave Groundbreaking Ceremony

Real estate developer Intracorp held an official groundbreaking ceremony for the 44 East Ave project in the Rainey Street district on October 29. During the ceremony guests heard from Senator Kirk Watson and Heidi Anderson before enjoying a demolition party, where they helped tear down the existing structure to benefit The Trail Foundation. The new residential development at 44 East Ave will offer incredible views of the lake, the Austin skyline and the Hill Country.
