10th Annual Austin City Limits Hall of Fame Honoring Garth Brooks

Austin City Limits announced three major events this fall in celebration of its 50th anniversary. To mark this milestone, Garth Brooks will be inducted on September 5 as the sole honoree into the Austin City Limits Hall of Fame for the first time in its decade-long history. acltv.com/hall-of-fame

Bat Fest 

Congress Avenue Bridge
September 7

This vibrant, bat-themed festival highlights the awe-inspiring sight of over 1.5 million Mexican free-tailed bats taking flight at dusk from the Congress Avenue Bridge. With live music, arts and crafts, delicious food, and a quirky costume contest, it’s a lively annual celebration. www.batfest.com

The Height of South Congress

The Texas Advocacy Project’s The Black & White Ball

BELLE / A Tale of Beauty & the Beast
