Earlier this summer, we attended a ceremony in the Hill Country honoring Austin’s Sir Zoltan David, a prolific jewelry designer and craftsman (and yes, a Hungarian knight!), whose “Iris” moonstone necklace was acquired by the Smith-sonian National Museum of Natural History in Washington, D.C. The stunning piece will be part of their permanent collection and the centerpiece of the moonstone exhibit.
