Austin Social Hour: AFWA 2019 Culinary Grant Awards

The highly anticipated 2019 Austin Food & Wine Alliance grant award winners were announced on December 9 in a ceremony at the Fairmont Austin. Included with the $70,000 were nine special grants for projects meeting specific requirements, each reflecting the city’s diverse dining scene. The first program in the nation providing funds for culinary innovation, the AFWA fosters education and awareness in the Central Texas food and wine community.
