Social Hour: African-American Book Festival

The festival celebrated its 10th decade at the Carver Museum and Library. YA author Sharon G. Flake held the keynote speech. The festival also facilitated rousing discussions of “Between the World and Me” by Ta-Nehisi Coates and the impact of Beyonce’s visual album “Lemonade.”
