Social Hour: Ladies Day at the ATX Open Celebrated Women in Tennis and Beyond

On February 28, the inaugural ATX Open Ladies Day Brunch was a vibrant celebration that brought together men and women to toast tennis, camaraderie, and the joy of shared experiences.

When attendees entered the venue at Westwood Country Club, they were greeted by an atmosphere brimming with excitement and connection. Carefully curated gift bags were positioned at every seat and lively music from Austin’s ‘DJ Kick It’ filled the air. Coupled with the meticulously curated brunch catered by Westwood Country Club and bubbly drinks, the stage was set for an unforgettable day of festivities. 

A highlight of the event was the engaging Q&A session with Hologic WTA Tour stars Anastasija Sevastova and Darja Semenistaja. Their appearance added an extra layer of excitement, as attendees had the opportunity to hear from a pair of accomplished athletes and gain insights into their experiences on and off the court.

In addition to brunch and other scheduled programming, attendees were treated to a mini shopping experience courtesy of event partners like Love You More, Lucky in Love, and Queen of the Court. These brands added a touch of luxury to the day, offering unique products and gifts for guests to enjoy.

Following brunch, the festivities continued as attendees headed out to Center Court to watch the ATX Open match play. There, they were able to witness the skill, athleticism, and dedication of women competing at the highest level of tennis.
