Social Hour: Trick Hat Workway Invitational Raised Funds for The Trail Conservancy with Friendly Competition
Teams played a lively 9-hole scramble golf tournament at Butler Pitch and Putt
The Trick Hat Workway Invitational was hosted on Thursday, April 18th at Butler Pitch and Putt. Benefitting The Trail Conservancy, teams played a 9-hole scramble golf tournament with prizes from local brands at stake. Sponsored by Austin Title and TRIBEZA Magazine, the stylish new co-working space’s inaugural golf invitational was a tremendously fun event and also a great success.
The evening began with a social cocktail hour at Trick Hat Workway and a procession of all 18 teams over Lady Bird Lake to arrive at Butler Pitch and Putt. Live music from The Ransom Brothers echoed through the course for a lively atmosphere with food and refreshments available from Gimme Burger. Trick Hat members, guests, and friends arranged teams to compete in a friendly shotgun-style scramble at the beloved 9-hole par 3 course downtown.
The first prize winner, Murdering with Hospitality, won prizes from Mellow Johnny’s Bike Shop, Still Austin Whisky, Pantalones Tequila, and Maufrais. The Knockout Tournament winner took home a trophy and a pair of Tecovas boots.
