Dear Media to Host First IRL Austin Event
The locally-headquartered podcast network will bring some of their most prominent hosts together for panels, activations and more

POWERHOUSE PODCAST NETWORK DEAR MEDIA will bring their popular programming to life with “Dear Media, IRL: Doing Audio Differently,” held on May 6 at Distribution Hall.
The company’s first-ever day-long event in Austin will feature many of the network’s notable hosts for interactive panels, networking and bespoke activations. Announced speakers include Back to the Beach with Kristin and Stephen’s Kristin Cavallari and Stephen Colletti and Dear Media CEO Michael Bosstick, along with his wife and co-host Lauryn Evarts Bosstick.
The panels will cover a variety of topics, from wellness and relationships to social media content, comedy, food and wine, and attendees will be invited to participate in the panels, giving guests the opportunity to interact with their favorite podcast hosts. Jaci Smith, host of What We Said, and Nicole Walter, host of her own eponymous show, are also confirmed speakers for the event. Beyond the panels, the day will include brand activations from direct to consumer brands and beloved local businesses. More entertainers and details will be announced as the event approaches.

Dear Media was co-founded in 2018 by Michael Bosstick, and the Bossticks host the hit podcast, The Skinny Confidential: Him & Her, which features candid conversations with noteworthy guests like Miranda Kerr, Michelle Pfeiffer and Jonathan Van Ness.
