Birdie’s will once again host Aiello’s, the Brooklyn-inspired red sauce pop-up honoring Chef Tracy Malechek-Ezekiel’s late grandfather, Phil Aiello. The event runs Sept. 30–Oct. 25 at the East Austin restaurant.
The menu will feature Italian-American favorites including Nonna’s Meatballs, Mozzarella Sticks and Fusilli alla Vodka. A $79 set menu will be paired with Italian wines curated by Birdie’s co-owner and James Beard Award-winning beverage director Arjav Ezekiel.
