Austin Pets Alive! and Austin Subaru will host the “Superpowers of the Underdogs” event on October 26, 2024 from 12 pm to 2 pm at 1156 W Cesar Chavez, to highlight dogs with disabilities at the shelter. The event will feature meet-and-greet opportunities in play yards with some of the adoptable “underdogs” of Austin Pets Alive!
Austin Pets Alive! is supporting Austin Subaru for #SubaruLovesPets month to help shine the ‘bat signal’ on underdogs. During the month of October, Austin Pets Alive! and over 630 Subaru retailers nationwide worked with the The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals to provide grants to local partner shelters resulting in over $3 million in donations.
