Hosted on the patio, Bar Peached will have two bars offering exclusive Los Sundays cocktails available for guests to try along with some bar snacks and a limited menu. Their traditional expressions are crafted using only 3 ingredients. Mature agaves, volcanic deep well water and a proprietary, naturally occurring yeast for fermentation. Nothing outside these three ingredients is added.
The specialty Los Sundays x Bar Peached cocktails that will be offered are:
Sunday Funday: Los Sundays reposado tequila, pomegranate, agave, lime, togarashi salt $15.
Heat of the Moment: Los Sundays blanco tequila, Serrano pepper, tarragon, pineapple, lime $15.
Plumloma: Los Sundays blanco tequila, li hing plum syrup, grapefruit, lime, richard’s sparkling rain water $14.
Regular service will be available in other areas throughout the restaurant as well as the Los Sundays cocktails.
