Hotel Van Zandt is inviting guests and their pups to a dog-friendly Halloween celebration, Bewitched at Brass Poppy, on Friday, Oct. 31, from 6 to 10 p.m. The festive evening will feature specialty cocktails, a tarot card reading by Mak Jagger, music from a live DJ, and a dog costume contest where the winner will receive a complimentary one-night stay at the hotel.
