What
Bill’s Oyster, the specialty seafood restaurant and cocktail bar in downtown Austin’s 2nd Street District, is celebrating summer with a guest chef series on select Tuesdays in July. The series will feature chefs from Comedor, Elementary, Canje and more. Each chef will serve between three to five specials in addition to Bill’s Oyster’s normal dinner menu. A portion of the proceeds from each guest chef series night will go to Partnerships for Children, an Austin-based nonprofit leading programs serving children and families connected to Child Protective Services in Central Texas.

July 2: Phillip Speer, Culinary Director/Operating Partner of Comedor
July 16: Colter Peck, Chef/Co-Owner of Elementary
July 23: Clark Costello, Founder of Soigne Supper Club
July 30: Sho Uemura, Chef of Canje
