Award-winning wine bar and restaurant Birdie’s will become Aiello’s, a Brooklyn-inspired red sauce joint, from February 11–15 and February 18–22. This special pop-up honors Chef Tracy Malechek-Ezekiel’s grandfather, bringing back signature dishes like Chicken Marsala, Caesar Salad, and Garlic Bread. Guests can enjoy a set menu paired with curated beverage offerings from Arjav Ezekiel for the full Aiello’s experience.
