Join Canje in welcoming three-time “Chopped” champion and international restaurant consultant Chef Andre Fowles for a two-night collaboration celebrating his newest cookbook, My Jamaican Table: Vibrant Recipes from a Sun-Drenched Island.
On Sunday, Oct. 4 from 6:30–10 p.m, guests can join Fowles and Chef Tavel Bristol-Joseph for a book signing featuring cocktails, passed bites inspired by the cookbook and conversation with both chefs. Tickets are $65 per person and include a signed copy of My Jamaican Table, one cocktail and passed bites.
On Monday, Oct. 5, Fowles and Bristol-Joseph will team up for a one-night collaboration dinner. Dishes from Fowles’ cookbook will be available à la carte alongside Canje’s regular dinner menu. The cookbook will also be available for purchase throughout the evening. Canje will be open from 5-10 p.m., and reservations are available on OpenTable.
