The Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center will host a family-friendly celebration on Sunday, May 11, in honor of Mother’s Day. Guests can enjoy live music in the gardens, picnic-friendly bites from Spread & Co., and a hands-on craft workshop where participants can paint a wildflower-themed mug and create a custom tea blend using native yaupon. The first 300 mothers to check in will receive a free gift. Musical performances include singer-songwriter Kelsi Creek and the Brazilian choro group Caros Amigos. Craft supplies are limited and require advance registration.
