West Chelsea Contemporary is proud to present Concrete to Canvas, our annual exhibition celebrating the dynamic evolution of urban expression. This year marks the highly anticipated Austin debut of Joe Iurato, an internationally recognized multidisciplinary artist who is celebrated for his iconic street art style.
This exhibit will be open from November 8 – December 1, 2024. With the public opening reception and artist talk on November 9.
Joe Iurato’s mixed-media assemblages—crafted from stencils, aerosol, and found wood—capture the essence of urban life. His works resonate across the globe, exhibited in cities such as London, New York, Miami, Taipei, and Berlin. Iurato’s collaborations with brands like GQ, Adidas, IPIC Theaters, and The NFL, along with his impressive murals across the United States and Europe, further highlight his impact on contemporary art.
