Early Era Collective premieres “Present Perspective Project” Sept. 3-5 at the Dougherty Arts Center. Featuring new work by longtime company artists Daniel Broxton and Jairus Carr, the evening-length dance production blends postmodern and street-style choreography to explore the journey from past to present. Through contrasting perspectives, comedic movement, intricate choreography and themes of deconstruction and rebuilding, the show examines what it means to live, witness and actively participate in the human experience.
