Join Emmer & Rye this summer as they “break bread” with celebrated chefs from around Austin and San Antonio. On August 22, Chef de Cuisine Alexa Meija will host Chef Edgar Rico of Nixta.

Rico will take over Emmer & Rye’s sourdough bread service for the evening, with butter and various accouterments inspired by their restaurants. In addition to Emmer & Rye’s normal dinner menu, they will offer a few special dishes available for one night only. Reservations are highly encouraged, with walk-ins welcome as space allows.
