Feathers Vintage will reopen its South Congress shop on Sept. 3 after a summer renovation. The longtime Austin boutique, founded by Emily Hoover in 2005, will mark the reopening with a public celebration beginning at 5 p.m., featuring a first look at the redesigned space and vintage pieces saved for the occasion.
