What
First Light Books will host its second annual birthday block party in the store’s parking lot. The celebration will feature live performances by Joe McDermott, DJ Hippie Scum, Tender Things, Julian Neel, Christelle Bofale, Alex Dupree, Yes Ma’am Brass Band and Tele Novella, along with appearances by authors S. Kirk Walsh, Corey Miller, Lawrence Wright, Shanteka Sigers, Deb Olin Unferth, Stephen Harrigan and Eliza Pillsbury.
Guests can also enjoy food and drinks from Sisters SnoShack, Zee’s Wiener System, Austin Oyster Co., Bad Larry Burger Club and St. Elmo Brewing Co.
