Pull up a seat for our second annual Street Dinner, presented by Waldorf Astoria Residences Texas Hill Country— Set beneath the Texas sky on historic Austin Street in downtown Fredericksburg, guests will gather around one long communal table for an unforgettable night.
The evening begins with a lively reception featuring bites by Chef Ashley Odom, craft cocktails by Dietz Distillery, and sparkling sips from Heath Sparkling Wines.
As the sun sets, we’ll take our seats for a five-course feast crafted by renowned chefs Stephen Pyles, Casey Thompson, Max Pettit, Michael Fojtasek and Keidel Hughes — each course perfectly paired with wines from Heath Family Brands, William Chris Vineyards, Halter Ranch, Becker Vineyards, and Michael Ros Winery.
