Hi, How Are You Project’s annual event returns on Friday, Jan. 24, 2025, at the Paramount Theatre with the Austin premiere of “Cunningham Bird,” a collaboration between Andrew Bird and Madison Cunningham. With notable performances at Hardly Strictly Bluegrass, Newport Folk Festival, and a sold-out underplay at the Troubadour, the longtime collaborators have joined forces to reimagine and perform the 1973 duo album by Lindsey Buckingham and Stevie Nicks, “Buckingham Nicks.”
This 7th annual event celebrates the life and legacy of Daniel Johnston while promoting mental health awareness and encouraging open conversations about well-being. Doors open at 7 p.m., with the show starting at 8 p.m.
