For three nights only, Holiday will channel one of Austin’s most iconic Tex-Mex spots with Holiday’s: An Ode to Trudy’s, a nostalgic pop-up running Oct. 31–Nov. 2. The East Austin bar and restaurant will serve playful takes on Trudy’s classics, including Frozen Mex Marts, sizzling fajitas and Tex-Mex favorites. Walk-ins are welcome.
