Justine’s Brasserie will host a one-night-only surrealist New Year’s Eve celebration, blending glamour with ocean-inspired fantasy. The immersive experience weaves in coral reefs, underwater secrets and surreal art elements, with dancers in the fountain and oysters served late into the evening.
Ticket includes entry, passed apps by the Justine’s chefs including Shrimp & Rouille Toast; Pork Meatballs with Chermoula Yogurt; and Gruyère & Leek Croquettes, DJ sets by Alyra Rose, a photobooth with Barbara FG, a midnight champagne tower for all, a Dali-esque cake, underwater projections by artist Sarah Teveldal and a cameo by Bruce and soaking wet sets by Heaven Starr.
