The Loren Hotel Austin is teaming up with James Beard Award finalist Chef Steve McHugh of San Antonio’s Cured restaurant for a special culinary collaboration this September. On Thursday, September 19, at 5:30 p.m., guests are invited to Nido for a four-course dinner featuring dishes from McHugh’s new cookbook, “Cured: Cooking with Ferments, Pickles, Preserves & More.”
The evening includes a curated menu showcasing seasonal flavors and a book signing. Additionally, Café at The Loren will offer signed copies of the cookbook and $14 Cured Picnic Baskets throughout the month.
Tickets for the dinner are $85 per person and include a signed copy of the cookbook.
