Mendocino Farms Opens First Austin Location at Arbor Trails

Mendocino Farms, the fast-casual restaurant known for its chef-driven sandwiches and salads, will open its first Austin location at Arbor Trails on Tuesday, Oct. 14. The debut marks the brand’s 11th restaurant in Texas. The Southwest Austin outpost will serve Mendocino Farms’ fan favorites, including the “Not So Fried” Chicken Sandwich and the Avocado & Quinoa Superfood Ensalada, alongside rotating seasonal specials.

The first 100 guests in line on opening day will receive a custom tote bag filled with local products and a first taste of the menu.

Mendocino Farms at Arbor Trails will be open daily from 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. at 4301 W. William Cannon Drive, Suite H-110, Austin, Texas 78749.
