What
Artist Tammie Rubin will lead a Perspective Tour exploring the exhibition “Raven Halfmoon: Flags of Our Mothers.” Rubin’s sculptures are deeply influenced by her relationship to objects through familial and cultural narratives, as well as her experiences as a Black American woman. As a sculptor and installation artist working primarily in ceramics, Rubin’s material and thematic explorations align with those of Raven Halfmoon, whose large-scale ceramic figures honor Indigenous women and the artist’s Caddo heritage.
