Rockman Coffee and Bakeshop, Mum Foods and Lady Babka will join forces to host “Rock Mitzvah,” a lively Hanukkah holiday bash with special food and drink collaborations and music by DJ Born Casual.
Pastry Chef Amanda Rockman and Chef of the Michelin-recommended Mum Foods Geoff Ellis, have collaborated to create a menu of Jewish-inspired dishes, including Pastrami Croissants, served open-faced with mustard and house-made pickles and mini Rockman bagels, served with their signature schmears. For dessert, the special Babka Sundae features Lady Babka’s Coffee Babka, vanilla ice cream, chocolate fudge, chocolate crumb and sea salt.
