Suerte will host a special Mezcal Monday takeover featuring Jorge Caldera and Alberto Varela of Sotol Parejo. For this event, Suerte’s beverage team will offer a curated flight of three Sotol Parejo expressions at 50% off. To pair with the sotol flight, Suerte will offer a special botana with sliced cantaloupe, peach chamoy and chili salt. Alberto and Jorge, the Austin-based co-founders, will personally guide guests through each Sotol expression.
Mezcal Mondays at Suerte are a weekly event designed to showcase their extensive spirits list focused on mezcal, destilado, sotol, raicilla and tequila, each of which is a hand-selected representation of the places and cultures producing them. Reservations are available here.
