Create a paper tapestry inspired by Moki Cherry’s textile art at The Contemporary Austin’s Jones Center on Saturday, Oct. 3. Austin artist Krissy Teegerstrom will guide participants in turning personal values into symbols, then arranging them in a collage to take home. No art or sewing experience is needed. The workshop runs from noon to 3 p.m.; admission is $75, or $60 for members.
