Longhorn Lights, the holiday light extravaganza held on the University of Texas at Austin campus along Guadalupe Street, is returning this year.

Kicking off on Tuesday, Nov. 19, Longhorn Lights is set to popular holiday songs and UT classics from the Longhorn Band. It will run nightly from 5 to 10 p.m. through Wednesday, Jan. 1. 

Every night throughout the holiday season, the Austin community is invited to drive or walk by the dazzling light display. More than 400,000 sparkling burnt orange and white lights will adorn the 24 heritage oak trees on the stretch of Guadalupe known as “The Drag.” Longhorn Lights will dance each night in synchronization to “The Eyes of Texas,” “Wabash Cannonball,” “Texas Fight,” “March Grandioso” and more.
