The Loren Hotel Austin is excited to host a special, two-night dinner pop-up with Los Angeles-based ramen restaurant Ramen Hood at Nido on Thursday, Nov. 7, and Friday, Nov. 8.
As seen in the Los Angeles Times, Eater LA, VICE, and more, Ramen Hood has been serving up creative vegan takes on traditional ramen alongside inventive plant-based dishes since 2015.The coursed dinner is $45 per person, and guests can add on a sake and cocktail pairing for an additional $45. Reservations are required and available from 5 to 9 p.m. on OpenTable.
This is part of The Loren’s ongoing chef series, where they partner with chefs from around the country to showcase their specialty dishes to a new audience. A portion of proceeds from The Loren Chef Series benefits The Loren Roots Imperative, a nonprofit created to help offset the carbon footprint of development.
