The Roosevelt Room will host a Master Class Series on Tequila on Sunday, Jan. 18, from noon to 2:30 p.m. The guided tasting explores tequila from field to bottle, focusing on production methods, regional styles and how those factors shape flavor.
Participants will sample two classic cocktails and a curated flight of 10 tequilas selected by the bar’s in-house experts, while learning the fundamentals of nosing and tasting. The class is open to guests 21 and older, with hors d’oeuvres served at the start and the option to stay for Sunday happy hour afterward.
