The AIM: Tutus and Ties Fun Run will take place Saturday, Oct. 18, from 8 to 10 a.m. at Hill Country Galleria, welcoming walkers and runners of all levels for a 5K benefiting Adults Independent and Motivated (AIM). The nonprofit supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, such as Down syndrome and autism, in living independently with community support.
Registration is $30 for adults and $20 for children 12 and under. An online silent auction will also be held from Wednesday, Oct. 8, at 6 a.m. through Tuesday, Oct. 14, at 8 p.m., featuring travel packages, handmade goods, tools, jewelry, and gift certificates for dining and entertainment.
