Austin-based indie rockers West 22nd are launching their debut album “Nowhere To Be” with a high-energy release show at the Historic Scoot Inn on Friday, April 11—their last hometown performance before hitting the road for a U.S. tour this May and June.

Formed at UT Austin, the band has built a loyal local following with their infectious “carousel rock” sound, heartfelt lyrics, and breakout single “Sunburns.” With graduation around the corner, this milestone show celebrates their first full-length record and the start of a new chapter.
