Whole Earth Provision Co. will mark its 55th anniversary with a ’70s-themed celebration on Saturday, Dec. 14, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at its North Lamar location. The free, family-friendly event will feature music by DJ Ed West (Boi Orbison), complimentary drinks including cold-pressed juice margaritas and beer, and zero-proof options. A costume contest at 1 p.m. will award prizes for the top ’70s looks.
Hands-on activities will include tie-dye bandana printing, a giant globe piñata and an appearance by The Creature Teacher with animal encounters for all ages. Guests can also pick up limited-edition posters designed by Taylor Rushing and other exclusive 55th-birthday merchandise, with proceeds benefiting Texas State Parks.
The event will also include pop-ups and giveaways from Patagonia, Birkenstock, Sendero Provisions and more.
