Texas Sushiko, located inside of Texas Saké Co. in South Austin, invites guests every last Wednesday of the month to experience their new omakase offering, Yakitori Bar. Beginning Wednesday, August 28, the Yakitori Bar Omakase features 10 courses by Chef Michael Carranza (Texas Sushiko and Tare) featuring a variety of skewers grilled over authentic Japanese charcoal. Each night will have 10 seats available, and reservations are required.
