Two new luxury brands have been announced to join the dynamic lineup of retailers in The Domain‘s forthcoming expansion. Internationally-celebrated Burberry and iconic Italian fashion brand Versace will be joining previously announced high-end stores such as Veronica Beard, The Webster and Zimmerman.

Versace, founded by Gianni Versace in 1978, is one of the top leading fashion brands worldwide. Burberry, founded in 1856, is known for its British heritage and classic style. Both glamorous and elegant brands bring an elevated edge to North Austin’s shopping destination.

“Our redevelopment presents the perfect opportunity to dazzle shoppers with fresh retailers and we are thrilled to offer Versace and Burberry’s luxurious wares at The Domain,” said Monica Esparza, Director of Marketing at The Domain. Both Versace and Burberry will be located across from Century Oaks Plaza, which is soon to be reshaped and redesigned with a whole new look.

While it has not yet been noted when we can expect these two luxury retailers to open their doors, the first phase of The Domain’s makeover is scheduled to be complete at the end of this month.

During this first phase that focuses on a refresh of eleven store fronts, you’ll noticed new façades to J.Crew, Lilly Pulitzer, Madewell and LOFT, and more.

The more elaborate phases of The Domain’s multimillion-dollar renovation will take place throughout 2024 and 2025 to include aesthetic changes showcasing refined exteriors, as well as new outdoor spaces with lush landscaping and seating areas, as well as a new valet parking area.
