Austin’s design community gathered in high style for an unforgettable evening at 39 Pascal Lane, where TRIBEZA Magazine and Blair Burton Interiors co-hosted an exclusive open house celebrating architecture, craftsmanship and inspired interiors. With supporting sponsorship from New Austin Homes, Tangela Bailey REALTOR®, Will Washer Architecture, and Trident Custom Pools, the event offered guests a rare look inside one of Austin’s most exceptional private residences.

Set among the rolling hills of West Austin, the 10,000-square-foot estate is a study in refined elegance — a home that balances true luxury with the warmth and comfort of Texas living. As twilight settled over the property, guests explored expansive rooms filled with natural light, statement finishes and exquisite furnishings curated by Blair Burton Interiors. Each space reflected the design firm’s signature blend of modern sophistication and inviting ease, creating a home that feels both artful and deeply livable.

Outside, guests mingled by the pool terrace, where Trident Custom Pools’ serene design framed sweeping Hill Country views. The event came alive with live music, craft cocktails and elegant appetizers by Austin Epicure — the perfect backdrop for conversations among Austin’s design and real estate tastemakers.

Architect Will Washer’s thoughtful vision was evident in every architectural detail, from the home’s clean lines to its effortless connection between indoors and out. New Austin Homes’ impeccable construction brought that vision to life with precision and artistry, while Tangela Bailey, REALTOR®, offered insights into the home’s story and listing.

The evening at 39 Pascal Lane was more than a showcase — it was a celebration of collaboration, creativity and community. Together, TRIBEZA and Blair Burton Interiors created a moment that reflected what makes Austin’s design scene so compelling: inspired people coming together to appreciate beauty, craftsmanship, and the art of home.
