TRIBEZA’s First Luxury Home Tour Offers a Glimpse Inside Austin’s Finest Properties on the Market
Home and design lovers spent the day exploring nine high-end residences that showcase some of Austin’s most coveted real estate and design

On Saturday, May 3, TRIBEZA magazine launched its first-ever Luxury Home Tour, giving design enthusiasts and potential buyers a curated look inside nine high-end listings across Austin. Modeled after the magazine’s long-running Interiors Tour, the new event offered a self-guided experience of standout residential properties ranging from historic estates to contemporary builds with skyline views.
Participants spent the day traveling between homes located in neighborhoods such as Tarrytown, West Lake Hills and Old Enfield. Each property showcased distinct architectural styles, high-end finishes and amenities tailored to modern luxury living.
The event also included a midday stop at West Chelsea Contemporary, where guests were invited to the opening of “The World of Hunt Slonem,” a large-scale exhibition celebrating the artist’s four-decade career. The exhibition features more than 100 pieces, including oil paintings, glowboxes, neon works and blown glass. Slonem also appeared in person for an exclusive artist talk that offered insight into his creative process.
Among the homes featured on the tour was The Onyx of Austin, a newly completed estate in Westlake designed by Paradisa Homes. The nearly 11,000-square-foot residence features expansive views of downtown Austin and striking architectural elements throughout. In Pemberton Heights, The Bohn Home, built in 1938, blended Art Deco character with modern updates such as a koi pond and a 1,800-bottle wine room.
Other notable stops included Scenic View, a minimalist West Lake Hills home designed to frame panoramic city views; Tarrytown Manor, which combines English-inspired architecture with contemporary Italian details; and The Gramercy, a newly constructed residence in Old Enfield with a private gym, sauna, spa and theater.
Two historic properties, The Academy of Austin and The Bohn Home, offered a glimpse into Austin’s past with restored Victorian and Art Deco details, while newer builds like Harbour Villas and Westlake Cove emphasized waterfront access, rooftop lounges and seamless indoor-outdoor living.
TRIBEZA’s Luxury Home Tour was presented by Lowe’s Innovation Labs, with additional support from 1900 Wealth Management, Piscina Pool Care, West Chelsea Contemporary, Mōtus Chiropractic, Creekhaven Inn & Spa, FIA Homes & Realty Haus Group, CITY Boots, Social Bird Rosé and Liieve.
