On Saturday, April 18 from 10:00am – 5:00pm, join TRIBEZA for its inaugural Luxury Home Tour, presented by Lowe’s Innovation Labs. This self-guided, self-paced experience offers rare access inside some of the most extraordinary residences currently on the market.

What are the dates of the Luxury Home Tour?
The 2025 TRIBEZA Luxury Home Tour will be on Saturday, April 18 from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm.
When will the home addresses be released?
Please view the interactive map, coming soon, to find the addresses of the 9 homes on the TRIBEZA Luxury Home Tour and plan your route.
What is the food & beverage policy inside the homes?
Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the homes.
Are children allowed on the tour?
Yes, children are allowed on the tour. Children under 10 do not need a ticket.
Is parking available at the homes?
Street parking is available, yet limited at each home. If you are touring with a big group, ride share is encouraged to save space in the neighborhoods and be mindful of neighbors.
When can I start touring the homes on Saturday?
The homes will be open for touring on Saturday, April 18 from 10:00am – 5:00pm. Please come and go from each house on the tour as you’d like between those hours.
Do I have to tour the homes in a certain order?
No, the homes on the tour are numbered for your reference, but do not indicate a specific order. Please start at whichever home is most convent for you and make your way through the rest of the homes at your own pace.
Where do I pick up my wristband/redeem my ticket for the tour?
Pick up your tour wristband at the first home on the tour that you go to. Have your name, email address, or email ticket receipt ready for check in at the first home you get to. You will need to keep your wristband all day to be admitted into each home.
Are shoes allowed inside the homes?
Shoes are not allowed inside the homes. Booties to wear over your shoes will be provided at each home. Socks are allowed, but no bare feet.
Is photography allowed inside the homes?
Photography is welcome, but please be respectful of the signage and requests for no photography or entrance to certain rooms.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are not permitted after ticket purchase.
Where can I park at each of the homes?
There are specific parking details for the below homes. Please abide by parking rules to ensure a smooth flow of traffic and to not disrupt neighbors.
